On-street Car Parking Sensor Data - 2017

The City of Melbourne has installed in-ground parking bay sensors in most CBD parking bays. These sensors record when a vehicle arrives and when it departs. Each record also includes the parking restriction for the bay and whether the vehicle has overstayed that restriction. This is the data for the 2017 calendar year.\n\n\n\n\n\nKnown data issues: \n\n\n\n1. There are 860 records that have the text ‘OLD’ at the end of the restriction in the field named ‘Sign’. This has been investigated and determined the text refers to one of two things, either: \n\n\n\n· At the time of the parking event the restriction that has been captured is correct but when the data was extracted from the server (April 2018) the restriction had since changed. \n\n\n\n· (Or) The particular sensor has since been replaced. \n\n\n\n2. There are a number of records that have a negative value in the duration in field ‘seconds’. This occurs due to a sensor detecting an arrival time being after the departure time. \n\n\n\n3. There are a number of records where the arrival and departure times have not been recorded. If the time has not been recorded the time is calculated from midnight of the arrival day to either midnight of the departure day or to the departure time. \n\n\n\nData that is excluded: \n\n\n\nIn the 2017 car parking event data there are 3,858 records where the parking event goes into 2018 and ends at midnight.Download:Download compressed CSV (1.13GB, 35.9 million rows)

墨尔本市（City of Melbourne）已在绝大多数中央商务区（Central Business District, CBD）的停车泊位内安装了地面嵌入式停车泊位传感器。这些传感器会记录车辆的驶入与驶离时刻。每条记录还包含该泊位的停车限制规则，以及车辆是否存在超时违规停放的情况。本数据集涵盖2017日历年度的全部相关数据。

已知数据瑕疵如下：
1. 共计860条记录的“Sign”（标识）字段中，停车限制文本的末尾带有“OLD”字样。经调查核实，该字样存在两种解释：其一，停车事件发生时采集的限制规则为有效记录，但在2018年4月从服务器提取数据时，该泊位的限制规则已发生变更；其二，对应停车传感器已被更换。
2. 部分记录的“seconds”（时长）字段存在负值，该问题源于传感器检测到的车辆驶入时间晚于驶离时间。
3. 部分记录未记录车辆的驶入与驶离时刻。对于此类未记录时间的情况，系统将以驶入日期的午夜作为起始时间，计算时长至驶离日期的午夜或实际驶离时刻。

已排除的数据：
在2017年度停车事件数据中，共有3858条记录对应的停车事件延续至2018年，并于午夜结束。
