We systematically simulate the solar wind over the past thirty years based on a well-established scheme. This scheme employs a three-dimensional numerical magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) model to reconstruct the solar wind parameters from 20 Rs to 1 AU, with inner boundary conditions constrained by observations. We perform a quantitative study by comparing the modeled results with OMNI observations using various assessment methods. Particularly, the distance D and the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm are presented to evaluate the similarity between time series data. The polarity of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) and stream interaction regions (SIRs) are also assessed.
本研究基于一套成熟的数值方案,对过去三十年的太阳风开展系统性数值模拟。该方案采用三维数值磁流体动力学(MHD)模型,在20 Rs至1 AU的空间范围内重构太阳风参数,其内边界条件由观测数据约束。本研究通过多种评估方法,将模拟结果与OMNI观测数据进行对比以开展定量研究。特别地,我们引入距离D与动态时间规整(DTW)算法,用以评估时间序列数据间的相似性。此外,本研究还对行星际磁场(IMF)与流相互作用区域(SIRs)的极性进行了评估。
