In this study, the transcript profiles of Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin in the traditional (Wenzhou) and introduced (Haikou) production areas were investigated using Illumina and RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Changes in the main components of volatile oil terpene, curcumin, polysaccharide, and starch substances of Rhizoma Curcumae, and the related genes in the corresponding pathways of C. wenyujin from these two producing areas, were compared and investigated.

本研究采用Illumina平台与RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对传统道地产区(温州)及引种产区(海口)的温郁金(Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin)的转录组表达谱进行分析。本研究同时比较并解析了两个产区温郁金的挥发油萜类、姜黄素、多糖及淀粉类主要成分的含量变化,以及C. wenyujin对应代谢通路中的相关基因。
