mRNA- and small RNA-sequencing of primary chicken tracheal epithelial cells (cTECs) infected with infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) Delmarva (DMV)/1639 or IBV Massachusetts (Mass)41 at 3 and 18 hours post infection (hpi) and of tracheal and spleen tissues from specific pathogen-free (SPF) chickens infected with with IBV DMV/1639 or IBV Mass41 at 4 and 11 days post infection (dpi)

本数据集包含两类样本的mRNA与小RNA测序数据：第一类为感染传染性支气管炎病毒（infectious bronchitis virus, IBV）德尔马瓦（DMV）/1639株或IBV马萨诸塞（Mass）41株的原代鸡气管上皮细胞（primary chicken tracheal epithelial cells, cTECs），采集时点为感染后3小时与18小时（hours post infection, hpi）；第二类为感染上述IBV毒株的无特定病原体（specific pathogen-free, SPF）鸡的气管与脾脏组织，采集时点为感染后4天与11天（days post infection, dpi）。
