Diospyros kaki strain:Luotian-tianshi Transcriptome or Gene expression

In order to creating a transcript sequence database of D. kaki, and identify candidate genes involved in PA biosynthesis and tannin coagulation, we performed large-scale transcriptome sequencing of 'Luotian-tianshi' using Roche/454 next-generation sequencing technology.

为构建柿（Diospyros kaki）的转录本序列数据库，并鉴定参与原花青素（Proanthocyanidins，PA）生物合成与单宁凝固过程的候选基因，本研究采用罗氏454（Roche/454）新一代测序技术对‘罗田甜柿’开展了大规模转录组测序。
