This study investigated the effects of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum VB165, a probiotic strain with intrinsic Alpha glucosidase inhibitor (AGI) activity, on metabolic disorders in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced insulin-resistant (IR) mice. L. plantarum VB165 improves HFD-induced metabolic disorders via multi-target mechanisms, modulated gut microbiota community composition, suppressing HFD-enriched genera and promoting beneficial taxa.

本研究探究了具有内源性α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂(Alpha glucosidase inhibitor,AGI)活性的益生菌菌株植物乳杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)VB165,对高脂饮食(high-fat diet,HFD)诱导的胰岛素抵抗(insulin-resistant,IR)小鼠代谢紊乱的改善效果。植物乳杆菌VB165可通过多靶点机制改善高脂饮食诱导的代谢紊乱,具体表现为调控肠道菌群群落组成,抑制高脂饮食富集的菌属,并促进有益菌群类群的增殖。
