为探究年轻与衰老的Lgr5高阳性肠干细胞(Lgr5 high-Intestinal Stem Cells, Lgr5 high-ISCs)之间的差异基因表达模式,我们采用3只年轻小鼠与4只老年小鼠获得的测序数据,开展了单细胞基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计:针对源自年轻与衰老小鼠的Lgr5高阳性肠干细胞的单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, sc-RNA-seq)数据,开展对比基因表达谱分析。
