Here you can find some codes and datasets used for the paper: "Quantitative Evaluation of Boundary Layer Disturbance Caused by Small Islands Based on Multi-Scale Simulation": - Python script: Fig5.ipynb that allows to reproduce the plot of the Figure 5 of the paper; Fig6.ipynb that allows to reproduce the plot of the Figure 6 of the paper; - Dataset: The files upload_noisland_day.nc, upload_noisland_night.nc, upload_island_day.nc, and upload_island_night.nc contain the WRF-PALM simulation results used in the paper’s analysis for the afternoon and nighttime periods under both with-island and without-island conditions. You can find variables such as potential temperature, u, v, w, w-theta product, and water vapor mixing ratio in all four files.
