Supporting Information for genome assembly paper of six Erwinia mallotivora Philippine isolates

In this study, we provide the first whole genome sequences of Philippine isolates of <i>E. mallotivora</i> to significantly contribute to the scarce genomic knowledge for this species in comparison with other members of the genus <i>Erwinia</i> for facilitated species identification and downstream functional genomics studies.

本研究首次公布菲律宾分离株马洛蒂夫欧文氏菌（E. mallotivora）的全基因组序列。相较于欧文氏菌属（Erwinia）的其他类群，该物种的基因组学研究数据本就匮乏，本研究可显著填补该领域的认知空白，从而有效助力物种鉴定及后续功能基因组学研究。
