In this research we have used a questionnaire to find out the customer’s prospective about Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd. This Research is done to gain familiarity with a phenomenon event / product / service or to determine the frequency, with which something occurs, with which is associated with something else or to test a hypothesis of casual relationship between variables. 本研究采用问卷调查法,探究顾客对蒙特卡洛时装有限公司(Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd.)的感知情况。本研究的开展目标涵盖:熟悉某一现象、事件、产品或服务;探究某一事物的发生频率及其与其他事物的关联程度;抑或检验变量间的因果关系假设。简言之,顾客感知研究是一套客观规范的系统性流程,通过有序获取、分析与解读数据,为针对特定组织的顾客感知相关决策提供可付诸行动的支撑依据,本研究的组织对象为蒙特卡洛。本研究的核心目的为分析顾客对蒙特卡洛的感知状况。
