Data for "NEBULIZER BASED DEVICES FOR FINE NANOPARTICLE COATING"

This dataset contains data verifying the functionality of a nebulizer-based spray device developed for thin film coating. The data were obtained using PDA and capture the droplet sizes and velocities under various operating conditions. The presented data are raw, without applying the filters described in the publication.本数据集包含用于验证一款专为薄膜涂层开发的雾化式喷涂装置功能的实验数据。数据通过相位多普勒粒子分析仪（Phase Doppler Analyzer, PDA）采集，记录了不同运行工况下的液滴粒径与运动速度。本次公开的数据集为原始未处理数据，未采用该研究论文中描述的滤波处理流程。
