global transcriptional regulation of RstA in O157:H7

we investigated the global effects of RstA in EHEC O157:H7 using RNA-seq technology to contributes to understanding the regulatory function of RstA in EHEC O157:H7, especially with regards to virulence, and may impact future control and treatment efforts for this important pathogen.

本研究利用转录组测序（RNA-seq）技术，探究了RstA在肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7（EHEC O157:H7）中的全局调控效应，旨在加深对RstA在该致病菌中调控功能的理解，尤其是其在毒力方面的调控作用，相关成果可为该重要病原菌的未来防控与治疗工作提供理论参考。
