本数据集包含中小企业（SMEs）员工关于人工智能（AI）的认知、担忧、接受意愿及学习意向相关数据，涵盖编码访谈记录、原始调查数据、清洗后调查数据及代码本，旨在支持AI在中小企业环境中整合影响因素的研究，评估员工对AI技术的接纳准备度。

This dataset comprises data concerning Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) employees' perceptions, concerns, willingness to adopt artificial intelligence (AI), and learning intentions related to AI. It includes coded interview transcripts, raw survey data, cleaned survey data, and a codebook. The dataset is intended to support research on the influencing factors of AI integration within the SME context, as well as to evaluate employees' readiness to adopt AI technologies.
