This project applied double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing to 142 samples from rhesus and long-tailed macaques to evaluate their population structure, phylogenetic relationships, demographic history, and geographic clines of morphology and allele frequencies.

本研究针对恒河猴与长尾猕猴的142份样本开展双酶切限制性位点相关DNA测序（double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing），以探究其种群结构、系统发育关系、种群历史，以及形态学与等位基因频率的地理梯度分布特征。
