PHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISMS AND ENERGY SOURCES THAT PROVIDE WRESTLERS WITH SPECIAL ENDURANCE.

This article analyzes the physiological mechanisms and energy supply systems that ensure the special endurance qualities of highly qualified wrestlers. The effect of dynamic and static stresses in the wrestling process on the functional state of the organism, in particular, the relationship between anaerobic and aerobic power, is studied. The study examines the energy expenditure and changes in lactate levels in the competitive activities of wrestlers. The results obtained show that the effectiveness of glycolytic and lactate mechanisms is of decisive importance in the development of special endurance. At the end of the article, scientific conclusions are given on optimizing the training process based on physiological indicators.
本文针对保障高水平摔跤运动员专项耐力素质的生理机制与能量供应系统展开分析,研究了摔跤过程中动、静态负荷对机体功能状态的影响,尤其聚焦于无氧功率与有氧功率之间的关联。本研究同时考察了摔跤运动员竞技活动中的能量消耗与乳酸水平变化。所得结果表明,糖酵解与乳酸代谢机制的效能对专项耐力的提升具有决定性作用。文末基于生理指标给出了优化摔跤训练流程的科学结论。
