2. Calculation of Overall Utilization Rate:
Overall Utilization Rate = (Total Usage Duration / (Expected Available Operating Duration per Device * Total Number of Devices - Total Maintenance Duration - Total Fault Duration)) * 100%.
3. Data Analysis:
When the overall utilization rate is ≤ 50%, it indicates low equipment utilization, and the recommendation is to "Optimize Equipment Scheduling"; when 50% < overall utilization rate ≤ 80%, it indicates relatively reasonable equipment utilization, and the recommendation is to "Continue Monitoring Equipment Usage Status"; when the overall utilization rate exceeds 80%, it indicates that the equipment is operating near full load, and the recommendation is to "Strengthen Equipment Maintenance Frequency".
