To allow identification of differentially expressed genes and transposons in Dnmt3C IAP/IAP mutants, mutant and control RNA-Seq experiments were conducted starting from whole testis RNA. Overall design: Comparison of RNA-seq results from whole testis RNA of mutant Dnmt3C IAP/IAP and control Dnmt3C IAP/WT at 16.5 dpc, 10 dpp, and 20 dpp.
为鉴定Dnmt3C IAP/IAP突变体中的差异表达基因与转座子,本研究以完整睾丸RNA为起始材料,开展了突变体与对照组的RNA测序(RNA-Seq)实验。
实验整体设计:分别于妊娠16.5天(days post coitum, dpc)、出生后10天(days post partum, dpp)与出生后20天(dpp)三个时间点,对比分析Dnmt3C IAP/IAP突变体与Dnmt3C IAP/WT对照组的完整睾丸RNA测序结果。
