Meat Cut Image Dataset (BEEF)

The image data has been collected over 3 weeks period of time in one of the commercial beef plants in Ireland. This includes 5 different products of primal cuts named as Cap Off Pear Off, PAD topside muscle (product ID 20001) Cap off, pear on Topside muscle (product ID 20002) Topside Heart muscle (product ID 20003) Topside Bullet muscle (product ID 20004) Cap Off, Non-Pad, Blue Skin Only Topside muscle (product ID 20010). In this dataset, the background images have also been collected. There are more than 9000 images labeled with respective product IDs and background IDs. The background image name starts with 'background' and the product image name starts with <em>camera-screenshot</em>. The product ID can be found in the filename. For example in the filename <em>camera-screenshot202200011501740766</em>, 202 is the plant ID, <strong>20001</strong> is the product ID and 1501740766 is the timestamp.本图像数据集采集自爱尔兰某商业肉牛加工厂，采集周期为三周。数据集包含5款不同的原切肉块（primal cuts），具体如下：去盖去梨形骨臀尖肉（Cap Off Pear Off）、带衬垫臀尖肌肉（产品ID：20001）、去盖带梨形骨臀尖肌肉（产品ID：20002）、臀尖心脏肌肉（产品ID：20003）、臀尖子弹头肌肉（产品ID：20004）、去盖无衬垫仅带蓝皮的臀尖肌肉（产品ID：20010）。本数据集同时涵盖背景图像，总计包含超过9000张标注图像，每张图像均标注有对应的产品ID与背景ID。背景图像的文件名均以"background"为前缀，产品图像的文件名均以"camera-screenshot"为前缀，产品ID可直接从文件名中提取。例如文件名"camera-screenshot202200011501740766"中，202为加工厂ID，**20001**为产品ID，1501740766为时间戳。
