Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Reconciliation between work and family life' 2018 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2018 on ‘Reconciliation between work and family life’ is divided into three submodules: care responsibilities, flexibility of work arrangements, career breaks. All persons aged between 18 and 64 years were interviewed in the initial survey of the microcensus. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2018.

本数据集为供科研使用的完整版。除微型人口普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey，LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设置了每年可能发生变动的临时模块（ad-hoc-modules，AHM）。2018年欧盟劳动力调查（European Union Labour Force Survey，EU-LFS）以“工作与家庭生活协调”为主题的临时模块分为三个子模块：照护责任、工作安排灵活性、职业中断。微型人口普查首轮调查的受访对象为所有18至64岁人群。临时模块的调研问题置于基础调查项目的问题之后开展询问。本数据集同时包含2018年微型人口普查主调查的全部问题。
