资源简介：
微生物基因组数据库主要收集原核微生物（如细菌、放线菌、螺旋体、支原体、立克次氏体、衣原体）、真核微生物（如真菌、藻类、原生动物）、以及非细胞类微生物（如病毒、亚病毒）由测序和分析得到的基因组数据及相关数据。数据项包括taxonomy id, name, reference genome name, description， reference sequence, median total length, median protein count, median GC%, annotation, reference。
The Microbial Genome Database primarily collects genomic and related data generated through sequencing and analysis from prokaryotic microorganisms (e.g., bacteria, actinomycetes, spirochetes, mycoplasma, rickettsia, chlamydia), eukaryotic microorganisms (e.g., fungi, algae, protozoa), and acellular microorganisms (e.g., viruses, subviruses). Its data entries include taxonomy ID, name, reference genome name, description, reference sequence, median total length, median protein count, median GC%, annotation, and reference.
