The processed data files of T cell of 40 human samples

The raw counts of four featrues including gene expression by HTSeq, isoform expression by RSEM, splicing junction by STAR, and ExonOnly by HTSeq using the Gencode version 19 annotation. And the other files include the value of highly variable genes from ExonOnly after rlog transformation and batch correction by ComBat using STAR alignment and HISAT2 alignment; the genotyping, DNA methylation and two histone markers.<br>

本数据集包含四类特征的原始计数，具体包括：通过HTSeq得到的基因表达量、通过RSEM得到的转录本表达量、通过STAR得到的剪接接头计数，以及采用Gencode版本19注释集、通过HTSeq生成的外显子专属计数（ExonOnly）。其余文件涵盖两类内容：一是经正则化对数转换（rlog transformation）与结合STAR比对、HISAT2比对结果的ComBat批次校正后，从ExonOnly数据中提取的高可变基因数值；二是基因分型、DNA甲基化以及两组组蛋白标记的相关数据。
