Raw Data_Factors Influencing Classroom Engagement of University EFL Learners

The dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Classroom Engagement of University EFL Learners," was collected from university students in three universities across China using the online survey platform Questionnaire Star (www.Sojump.com) between January and March 2025. After excluding invalid responses, 992 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study focused on key factors influencing classroom engagement, including self-efficacy, teacher support, and motivation. The research aimed to explore how self-efficacy and teacher support impact classroom engagement, with motivation serving as a mediating factor. This dataset provides valuable insights into the psychological and contextual factors that influence classroom engagement among EFL learners, offering empirical data to inform teaching strategies and improve student engagement.本数据集名称为《高校英语作为外语学习者课堂参与度影响因素原始数据》（Raw Data_Factors Influencing Classroom Engagement of University EFL Learners），于2025年1月至3月期间，依托在线调查平台问卷星（Questionnaire Star，官网：www.Sojump.com）面向中国境内三所高校的大学生收集所得。经剔除无效问卷后，最终纳入992份有效问卷进行分析。本研究聚焦于影响课堂参与度的核心因素，涵盖自我效能感（self-efficacy）、教师支持与学习动机。研究旨在探究自我效能感与教师支持对课堂参与度的影响机制，并以学习动机作为中介变量。本数据集可为剖析英语作为外语（English as a Foreign Language）学习者课堂参与度的心理与情境影响因素提供宝贵研究视角，同时可为教学策略优化与学生课堂参与度提升提供实证依据。
