Isoetes yunguiensis Genome sequencing and assembly. Isoetes yunguiensis

Here, by combining a variety of sequencing platforms, we present a genome of Isoetes yunguiensis with 1.36G. Through comparative genomic analysis, we found that the genome of I. yunguiensis has a molecular genetic background that is adapted to both terrestrial and aquatic life.

本研究结合多种测序平台，组装获得了大小为1.36G的云贵水韭（Isoetes yunguiensis）基因组。通过比较基因组学分析，我们发现该物种的基因组具备适配陆生与水生两种生存环境的分子遗传背景。
