本研究构建了“千吨级微反应器强化氯苯硝化安全生产工业示范装置关键反应危险等级数据集”,旨在为氯苯硝化反应的安全生产提供科学依据和数据支持。通过对微反应器中氯苯硝化反应的关键物理化学性质、反应动力学参数、热力学特性以及可能的安全风险进行系统分析,建立了反应过程中涉及的危险等级数据集。该数据集涵盖了反应热、反应物和生成物的热稳定性、反应温度与压力变化、反应速率、爆炸极限、闪点等关键指标,结合实际操作条件及设备特性,为安全风险评估、过程优化和应急响应提供了基础数据。通过对数据的质量控制与评估,确保了数据的准确性和可靠性,进而为工业规模化生产提供了有效的安全保障。研究结果表明,微反应器强化的氯苯硝化工艺能够显著提高反应的安全性和稳定性,降低风险,同时促进工业应用中的反应优化和安全管理水平的提升。本数据集为类似规模化反应系统的安全设计与风险管理提供了重要参考,具有广泛的应用前景。
This study constructs a 'Key Reaction Hazard Level Dataset for Thousand-ton Scale Microreactor-enhanced Chlorobenzene Nitration Safety Production Industrial Demonstration Plant', aiming to provide scientific basis and data support for the safe production of chlorobenzene nitration reactions. Through systematic analysis of the key physico-chemical properties, reaction kinetic parameters, thermodynamic characteristics, and potential safety risks of chlorobenzene nitration reactions in microreactors, a hazard level dataset covering the entire reaction process was established. This dataset covers key indicators including reaction heat, thermal stability of reactants and products, changes in reaction temperature and pressure, reaction rate, explosion limits, flash points, etc. Combined with actual operating conditions and equipment characteristics, it provides basic data for safety risk assessment, process optimization and emergency response. Through data quality control and evaluation, the accuracy and reliability of the dataset are ensured, thereby providing effective safety guarantees for industrial scaled-up production. The research results show that the microreactor-enhanced chlorobenzene nitration process can significantly improve the safety and stability of the reaction, reduce risks, and promote the improvement of reaction optimization and safety management levels in industrial applications. This dataset provides an important reference for safety design and risk management of similar scaled-up reaction systems, and has broad application prospects.
