The purpose of this research is to characterize the resistence genes from an ESBL-producing K.pneumoniae isolated from a patient admitted forDiabetes in a affiliated hospital of Southwest Medical University using whole genome sequencing(WGS).

本研究旨在采用全基因组测序（WGS）技术，对西南医科大学附属医院1例因糖尿病入院的患者体内分离得到的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBL）肺炎克雷伯菌（K. pneumoniae）中的耐药基因进行特征表征。
