This data repository provides additional data for the manuscript "Anionic disorder and its impact on the surface electronic structure of oxynitride photoactivesemiconductors". The data sets comprise the PES raw data files in *.h5 format, the results from RBS/ERDA measurements, and quantification of the surface N:O ratios using TEM in EDX mode.

"BT8c" labels the BTON sample before PEC.

"BT8a" labels the BTON sample after PEC.
