Monitoring of planktonic eukaryotes and prokaryotes in the Belgian Schelde estuary

This project monitors the microbial diversity of the Belgian part of the Schelde estuary. We used the V1-V3 regions of the 16S rRNA gene and the V4 region of the 18S rRNA gene to describe prokaryotes and eukaryotes.

本项目针对斯海尔德河（Schelde）河口的比利时段开展微生物多样性监测工作。我们采用16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V1-V3可变区以及18S核糖体RNA（18S rRNA）基因的V4可变区，分别对原核生物与真核生物进行分类描述。
