Clostridium diolis DSM 15410 Genome sequencing

Clostridium diolis is an anaerobic bacterium with potential applications in industrial biotechnology. Unfortunately genomes of various strains may differ in many parts of genome. Here we present complete genome of the strain DSM 15410, type strain obtained from DSMZ collection.
