Clostridium diolis DSM 15410 Genome sequencing

Clostridium diolis is an anaerobic bacterium with potential applications in industrial biotechnology. Unfortunately genomes of various strains may differ in many parts of genome. Here we present complete genome of the strain DSM 15410, type strain obtained from DSMZ collection.狄氏梭菌（Clostridium diolis）是一种厌氧细菌，在工业生物技术领域具有潜在应用前景。遗憾的是，不同菌株的基因组在多个区域存在差异。本研究报道了模式菌株DSM 15410的完整基因组序列，该菌株分离自DSMZ保藏库。
