Early onset colorectal cancer tissues and late onset colorectal cancer tissues

To identify the gene expression of early-onset colorectal cancer, we sampled early-onset colorectal cancer patients (age < 50) and late-onset colorectal cancer paitients (age > 70) We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of early-onset colorectal cancer tissues and late-onset colorectal cancer tissues. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for early-onset colorectal cancer tissues and late-onset colorectal cancer tissues.

为解析早发性结直肠癌的基因表达特征，我们选取年龄<50岁的早发性结直肠癌患者与年龄>70岁的晚发性结直肠癌患者，采集其结直肠癌组织样本，基于RNA测序（RNA-seq）获得的原始数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：针对早发性与晚发性结直肠癌组织的RNA测序数据，开展对比性基因表达谱分析。
