On Metal Binding Specificity of the Metalloproteome: Supplementary file 3

Excel workbook containing two spreadsheets. <br>The first spreadsheet contains f-scores for the distribution of residues binding one type of metal compared to the distribution of residues binding all other types of metal in the dataset for cumulative features based on neighborhoods of amino acids from amino acid covariance scores.<br>The second spreadsheet contains f-scores representing pairwise comparisons of the distributions of residues binding two different metals in the dataset for cumulative features based on neighborhoods of amino acids from amino acid covariance scores.<br>

本数据集为Excel工作簿，包含两张工作表。
第一张工作表收录了基于氨基酸协方差得分（amino acid covariance scores）提取的氨基酸邻域（neighborhoods of amino acids）所生成的累积特征（cumulative features）对应的F值（f-scores），用于对比数据集中结合单一金属类型的残基分布与结合其余所有金属类型的残基分布情况。
第二张工作表收录了基于相同氨基酸协方差得分、氨基酸邻域所生成的累积特征对应的F值，用于对数据集中结合两种不同金属的残基分布开展两两对比分析。
