Compering long MLEs sequences with 500bp flank site

The nucleotide sequences data of the Acc_MLE_10 plus flanking 500bp and long MLEs encoding complete transposase plus flanking 500bp in Am, Ack, Acj, Ad, Af, and results of compering of the Acc sequences with the other sequnces.

本数据集包含如下内容：一是物种Am、Ack、Acj、Ad、Af中Acc_MLE_10的核苷酸序列及其侧翼500碱基对（base pair, bp）序列，以及各物种中编码完整转座酶的长类Mariner转座子元件（Mariner-like elements, MLEs）及其侧翼500bp序列；二是Acc序列与其余序列的比对分析结果。
