NHLBI TOPMed - Centers for Common Disease Genomics (CCDG): Early-onset Atrial Fibrillation in the Penn Medicine BioBank Cohort

Cases with early-onset atrial fibrillation were selected from the Penn Biobank based on an age of atrial fibrillation onset prior to 61 years of age, and in the absence of a myocardial infarction, heart failure or severe valvular disease.

本研究从宾夕法尼亚生物样本库（Penn Biobank）中筛选早发性心房颤动（early-onset atrial fibrillation）病例，入选条件为心房颤动发病年龄早于61岁，且无心肌梗死（myocardial infarction）、心力衰竭（heart failure）或重度瓣膜性心脏病（severe valvular disease）病史。
