This dataset supports the research study "Towards spatio-temporal estimation of evapotranspiration using electrical resistivity tomography in forests" by B. Loiseau, N. K. Martin-StPaul, D. Jougnot, C. Champollion, A. Olioso, V. Mercier, O. Marloie, L. Martin, H. Cochard, G. Simioni, L. Veuillen and S. D. Carrière We provide here the data that are not already publicly available online: Evapotranspiration data modeled with SimpKcET for the Larzac site. Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT), sap flow, soil water content, and soil temperature data for the Font-Blanche site.
