Mesocentrotus nudus GBS-seq raw sequence reads

GBS was used to genotype a total of 80 Mesocentrotus nudus individuals consisting of 5 populations, covering the distribution range of M. nudus in China seas. The objectives were to detect and genotype SNPs at a genome-wide level, and to characterize the genetic diversity and population structure of M. nudus.

基因型分型测序（Genotyping-by-Sequencing，GBS）被用于对总计80个马粪海胆（Mesocentrotus nudus）个体进行基因分型，这些个体分属5个种群，覆盖了中国海域内马粪海胆的自然分布范围。本研究旨在在全基因组层面检测并分型单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNPs），同时解析马粪海胆的遗传多样性与种群结构特征。
