HHGM2HE: virtual staining of lung biopsies imaged with higher harmonic generation microscopy

Repository containing model weights, code, and model output supporting AI-based correlation of conventional H&E staining to HHG microscopy images which reports on D4.12 of WP4.3 for the IMAGIO consortium. Images can be viewed with multiresolution viewers like ASAP, QuPath, or Fiji.本仓库包含用于支持基于人工智能实现传统苏木精-伊红（Hematoxylin-Eosin, H&E）染色图像与高谐波产生（High Harmonic Generation, HHG）显微镜图像关联的模型权重、代码及模型输出成果，相关内容对应IMAGIO联盟WP4.3的D4.12报告。 可使用多分辨率查看器（如ASAP、QuPath或Fiji）查看其中的图像。
