Expression profiles of long noncoding RNAs and mRNAs in ST cells infected by PDCoV

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) participate in regulating many biological processes. However, their roles in PDCoV pathogenicity are largely unknown. 长链非编码RNA（long noncoding RNAs，lncRNAs）参与调控多种生物学过程。然而，其在猪德尔塔冠状病毒（PDCoV）致病性中的作用尚不清楚。本研究通过高通量测序技术分析PDCoV感染细胞中的长链非编码RNA与信使RNA（messenger RNA，mRNA）表达谱，具体采用Illumina Hiseq 4000平台，对PDCoV感染的ST细胞中的两类RNA进行了双重复深度测序，最终获得其表达谱数据。
