Elemental concentrations in representative species of the ICRP's Reference Animals and Plants and associated soils in terrestrial Mediterranean ecosystems in Spain

Samples of earthworms (Lumbricidae spp), bees (Apis mellifera), frogs (Pelophylax perezi), rats (Apodemus sylvaticus), deer (Cervus elaphus): duck (Anas platyrhynchos), wild grass (Briza minor), pine tree and soil were collected. Samples were prepared for analysis (dried and ground where applicable) and digested prior to ICP-MS analysis. Iodine analysis was also performed. 本数据集采集的样本涵盖正蚓科（Lumbricidae spp.）蚯蚓、西方蜜蜂（Apis mellifera）、伊比利亚侧褶蛙（Pelophylax perezi）、林姬鼠（Apodemus sylvaticus）、马鹿（Cervus elaphus）、绿头鸭（Anas platyrhynchos）、小凌风草（Briza minor，野生草本）、松树及土壤。所有样本均按分析要求完成前处理（按需进行干燥与研磨），并在电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）分析前进行消解。此外还开展了碘元素分析。完整的材料与方法可通过下载配套文档获取。
