Gene and repeat models and genome assembly of FJ95085

The FJ95085 strain was isolated from rice leaves, subjected to Oxford nanopore sequencing, and subsequently assembled using Canu. Gene prediction was performed with BRAKER3, and repeat annotation was carried out using RepeatMasker.
