Gene and repeat models and genome assembly of FJ95085

The FJ95085 strain was isolated from rice leaves, subjected to Oxford nanopore sequencing, and subsequently assembled using Canu. Gene prediction was performed with BRAKER3, and repeat annotation was carried out using RepeatMasker.研究人员从水稻叶片中分离得到FJ95085菌株，对其进行牛津纳米孔测序（Oxford nanopore sequencing），随后使用Canu完成基因组组装。采用BRAKER3开展基因预测，并通过RepeatMasker完成重复序列注释。
