Estimation of the number of CpG motifs in AcNMPV genome.

The frequency at which each CpG hexamer appeared in the BV genome was determined by using the GenBank accession number for the complete genome of AcNPV NC 001623.本研究以GenBank中登录号为NC_001623的苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒（Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus, AcNPV）完整基因组序列为依据，确定了杆状病毒（Baculovirus, BV）基因组中每一种CpG六聚体（CpG hexamer）的出现频率。
