The complete mitochondrial genomes of Saussurella cornuta and Saussurella longiptera (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae) from China and its phylogenetic analysis

To date, only one mitochondrial sequence has been reported for the subfamily Batrachideinae. To further advance the evolutionary studies of the Batrachideinae, we sequenced, assembled and performed a phylogenetic analysis of the mitochondrial genome of Saussurella longiptera to contribute to the evolutionary systematics of the Batrachideinae.

截至目前，短翼蚱亚科（Batrachideinae）仅报道过1条线粒体序列。为进一步推进短翼蚱亚科的进化研究，本研究对长翅萨蚱（Saussurella longiptera）的线粒体基因组完成了测序、组装，并开展了系统发育分析，以期为该亚科的进化系统学研究提供支撑。
