中国净生态系统生产力产品(NEP)是总初级生产力GPP扣除自养生物呼吸消耗的部分和异养生物呼吸消耗(土壤呼吸)光合产物之后的部分。利用IGBP分类标准的MCD12Q1数据,结合MCD43A4数据计算的NDVI、EVI产品,通过机器学习(随机森林),得到了NEP估算产品。数据时间分辨率为年,空间分辨率为1km。数据通过进一步统计分析可得到时空变化规律,同时可以为生态学、自然地理学等研究提供基础数据。
China's Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP) product refers to the residual portion of Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) after subtracting the carbon consumed by autotrophic respiration and the photosynthetic products consumed by heterotrophic respiration (soil respiration). The NEP estimation product was generated using MCD12Q1 data adhering to the IGBP classification standard, combined with NDVI and EVI products calculated from MCD43A4 data, through machine learning (Random Forest). This dataset has an annual temporal resolution and a spatial resolution of 1 km. Further statistical analyses of the data can reveal its spatio-temporal variation patterns, while also providing foundational data for research in fields such as ecology and physical geography.
