Lilium cultivar:Siberia and Novano Raw sequence reads

In order to explore the mechanism underlying the different fragrances, RNA-Seq technology was used to detect the petal transcriptome of Lilium 'Siberia', with a strong fragrance, and Lilium 'Novano', with very little fragrance, then the differentially expressed genes were analyzed.

为探究不同花香产生的潜在分子机制，本研究采用转录组测序（RNA-Seq）技术，分别对浓香百合品种西伯利亚（Lilium 'Siberia'）和淡香百合品种诺瓦诺（Lilium 'Novano'）的花瓣转录组进行检测，并对二者的差异表达基因展开分析。
