硕士毕业论文,以马尾松幼胚为外植体,开展了不同采种期合子胚发育阶段、母树基因型、不同激素浓度、不同碳源、氮源浓度及水平对马尾松胚性细胞团诱导与增殖的影响,揭示胚性细胞团诱导初期发生的部位、状态,探讨固态、液态增殖培养发生规律、马尾松胚状体成熟分化的培养条件等,优化马尾松幼胚体细胞胚胎发生体系。

This master's thesis takes young embryos of Pinus massoniana as explants to investigate the effects of multiple key factors on the induction and proliferation of Pinus massoniana embryogenic cell masses, including zygotic embryo development stages at different seed collection periods, maternal tree genotypes, varying hormone concentrations, different carbon sources, as well as nitrogen source concentrations and levels. It reveals the initial occurrence site and developmental state of embryogenic cell masses, discusses the proliferation regularity under both solid and liquid culture systems, and the culture conditions for the mature differentiation of Pinus massoniana somatic embryos, thereby optimizing the somatic embryogenesis system of Pinus massoniana young embryos.
