MOSAIC data

Multiple sequence alignments (MSAs) for human CCDS sequences. Included species are chimp, gorilla, orangutan, rhesus macaque, bushbaby, marmoset, cat, cow, horse. MSAs integrate results from four methods: MultiParanoid, MultiZ (UCSC alignments), Blat, and OMA.
