Transcriptome of Wucai seedling leaves

Wucai seedlings were subjected to control , low temperature or high temperature. After 3 days of treatment, the leaves were collected for RNA-seq.将Wucai幼苗分别置于对照、低温或高温条件下处理，处理3天后采集叶片进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
