国庆节期间全国消防安全形势总体平稳

10月1日0时至7日12时，全国消防救援队伍共接警出动16463起，出动消防指战员193230人次、消防车36315辆次，从各类灾害事故中营救遇险被困群众2813人，疏散转移群众8659人，全国消防安全形势总体平稳。 今年国庆节恰逢新中国成立70周年大庆，节庆活动多，安保任务重。为全力保平安、保稳定，消防救援局共派出16个工作组，会同各地消防救援总、支队机关的1.2万名干部下沉基层，对重点单位、重点区域进行督导检查，共检查单位18万余家，整改火灾隐患29万余处，责令“三停”1231家，依法取缔141家。北京市消防救援总队共成立9个指挥部，组建16个安保团队，设置506个前置执勤点，逐级调度、分级指挥，确保了国庆活动核心区的绝对安全。 针对国庆期间18号台风在江浙沪沿海地区擦过和鄂、赣、湘等华中地区干旱少雨、森林火灾多发的实际，消防救援局全面做好研判预警、精准调度、高效应对，共设置执勤点15476处，前置消防指战员91414人次、消防车17238辆次，全力做好各类突发灾害事故应急救援。同时，节日期间全国共组织消防宣传活动8万余场，通过电视、广播、网络等媒体平台发布消防安全提示和播出消防公益广告1022万余条次，发送消防宣传短信3亿余条次，有效发挥了警示提示作用。 来源：中国消防 发布日期：2020-06-04

From 00:00 on October 1 to 12:00 on October 7, the national fire rescue contingents received a total of 16,463 alarms and responded to incidents, dispatching 193,230 person-times of fire rescue personnel and 36,315 vehicle-times of fire trucks. They rescued 2,813 trapped and endangered people and evacuated 8,659 people from various disasters and accidents, with the overall national fire safety situation remaining stable. This year's National Day coincided with the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, featuring numerous festival activities and heavy security tasks. To fully ensure public safety and social stability, the National Fire Rescue Administration dispatched 16 working groups, together with 12,000 cadres from the headquarters and detachments of local fire rescue contingents deployed to grassroots units, to conduct supervision and inspections on key units and key areas. A total of over 180,000 units were inspected, more than 290,000 fire hazards were rectified, 1,231 enterprises were ordered to suspend operations, construction and business (referred to as the "three suspensions" in fire safety regulations), and 141 enterprises were banned according to law. The Beijing Municipal Fire Rescue Corps established 9 command centers, formed 16 security teams, and set up 506 pre-positioned duty posts, implementing tiered dispatch and hierarchical command to ensure absolute safety in the core area of National Day celebrations. In response to the situation that Typhoon No. 18 brushed the coastal areas of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai during the National Day holiday, and central China regions including Hubei, Jiangxi and Hunan suffered from drought with little rainfall and frequent forest fires, the National Fire Rescue Administration made full preparations for forecasting and early warning, precise dispatch and efficient response. A total of 15,476 duty posts were set up, with 91,414 person-times of fire rescue personnel and 17,238 vehicle-times of fire trucks pre-positioned to fully handle emergency rescue for various sudden disasters and accidents.
