Based on our research, we find that T. gondii avirulent strains infection inhibited the apoptosis of RAW264.7 cells through P38MAPK-P53-BAX pathway. In order to further explore the upstream effectors of P38MAPK-P53-BAX signaling pathway in T. gondii infection regulated cell apoptosis, RNA-seq was performed in ME49 or VEG infected RAW264.7 cells.

本研究发现,无毒株刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)感染可通过P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶-P53蛋白-Bcl-2相关X蛋白(P38MAPK-P53-BAX)信号通路抑制RAW264.7细胞的凋亡。为进一步探究刚地弓形虫感染调控细胞凋亡过程中P38MAPK-P53-BAX信号通路的上游效应因子,本研究对感染ME49或VEG株刚地弓形虫的RAW264.7细胞开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验。
