For increasing sample size in microarry experiments, we have developed a new oligonucleotide microarray technology. This microarray platform can greatly increase the sample size for increasing the veracity of gene expression and meeting the data analysis requirement. Keywords: Gene expression, Oligonucleotide microarray, Sample size Limited by SpotBot microarrayer,we printed multiple copies(48)of sub-array which contained oligonucleotide probes of relatively small number of genes (20)and controls(12) on one slide. Multiple labeled samples hybridized individually on each sub-array at same time.
为提升微阵列实验的样本量,我们研发了一种新型寡核苷酸微阵列(Oligonucleotide microarray)技术。该微阵列平台可有效扩大实验样本量,进而提升基因表达检测的准确性,并满足数据分析的相关要求。

受限于SpotBot微阵列点样仪(SpotBot microarrayer),我们在单张载玻片上印制了48份子阵列副本,每份子阵列包含对应20个基因的寡核苷酸探针以及12个对照探针。多个经标记的样本可同时分别与每张子阵列进行杂交反应。
